The Customer Service Skills Training was very enlightening, I learned a lot about delivering excellent customer service, knowing who my customers are, and also to be empathetic when a customer complains about my services.
During the training, the instructors took their time to explain all the topics in each module. Each session was very interactive and straight to the point with real life examples given.
I would say the training helped me think differently and also imbibed in me the zeal of wanting to do more by thinking of creative ways and solutions to help make the life of each customer I encounter better.
However, I wasn't satisfied with the photo banner of participants that was released shortly after the training as my photo wasn't included and I participated actively in the training.
