The West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals (WAACSP) announces the 2nd (and final) diet for 2025 of the ECOWAS Professional Certification in Customer Service and Virtual Assistance.
The program:
The ECOWAS CS & VA by WAACSP is the basic professional certification for practicing CS/VA persons without a recognized certification and new entrants into the customer service and virtual assistance career space aspiring to be recognized and accredited in the CS/VA industry.

It’s a two (2) professional certification and one (1) training program. Participants will attend the CS & VA courses and then a training on customer relationship management (CRM) operations and systems.

For effective management of class, training delivery, group tasks, role play, and effective assimilation the CS program is divided into 2 streams viz:
Stream 1: October 23–25

Duration: 6 hours plus certification wrap-up
3. Certified Virtual Assistant Professional (CVAP)

Program & Key Details
Format: 100% Online via Zoom and the association’s school learning management system (LMS)
Class Time:
Weekends for WAACSP programs are Thursdays - Sundays.
All classes starts from 6:00 PM WAT (except Saturdays and Sundays which class time will be agreed between the students and their facilitators).
Learning Materials: Study manuals, task sheets, and video recordings of each class sessions are all provided
Assessment: Pre-class tests to understand participants knowledge of modules before the program and then post class test of same module for final certification exams.
Mentorship: Access to peer mentoring and post-course job support

November 10: Exam window closes for CCSP
November 30: CCSP results released
December 1: Resit window opens
December 7: Resit window closes
December 15: Certificate issuance
