I was privileged to be selected for a CSR job and all skill acquired from employme.ng and the certification was an added advantage for me throughout the training examination and on training
I was contacted by a foreign company based I the US to act as online CX personnel for their African market. I must confess that it was indeed a very fulfilling experience for me. The training, tutorials and on boarding were invaluable and has helped my growth as a CS professional
Thanks to waacsp, I have just been offered an 18months contract to oversee the customer service unit of a DUBAI based travel company. I receive enquiries in 3 major languages and respond accordingly. Their market is in the West Africa and my membership of waacsp was the clincher
So glad to be on this platform, I’ve just being engaged by one of Nigeria’s leading telecoms operator as unit head for Igbo language in the customer service department
It was a wonderful experience getting hands-on training from the team. The classes were very interactive and engaging. Participants were given the opportunity to express themselves and there was never a dull moment. I'm proud to be a certified Customer Service Professional and I can't wait to share this knowledge to the world. A lot of my friends and connections are already indicating interest in getting certified too. Kudos to the team!
The Customer Service Skills Training was very enlightening, I learned a lot about delivering excellent customer service, knowing who my customers are, and also to be empathetic when a customer complains about my services. During the training, the instructors took their time to explain all the topics in each module. Each session was very interactive and straight to the point with real life examples given. I would say the training helped me think differently and also imbibed in me the zeal of wanting to do more by thinking of creative ways and solutions to help make the life of each customer I encounter better. However, I wasn't satisfied with the photo banner of participants that was released shortly after the training as my photo wasn't included and I participated actively in the training.
