Customer Service Week 2024: Capacity Development Training

As part of our annual tradition for Customer Service Week, the Education Faculty of the WAACSP, through the WAACSP Trainers Network (WTN), is organizing capacity-building workshops and trainings. These sessions aim to ReSkill, Update, and share the latest knowledge and tools for enhancing customer service performance. This year’s theme, "Above and Beyond", encourages service professionals to consistently exceed customer expectations—not just during CS Week, but in every interaction.

Certified trainers from the 2024 Train-the-Trainers program of the WTN will conduct two key workshops reflecting current industry trends, marking their debut as licensed CS/CX trainers.

With the rise in remote CS roles, it is crucial for practitioners to equip themselves with the necessary skills, tools, and strategies to remain effective and employable.

The two trainings are:

 1. Time Management and Productivity in Remote Settings for CS/CX Professionals

  • ⁠Date: Friday, October 11 – Saturday, October 12, 2024  
  • Time: 5 PM WAT (4 PM GMT)  
  • Mode: Online via Zoom  

Synopsis:  
  This 2-day training will equip participants with techniques for effective time management and increasing productivity in remote settings. Learn how to optimize work hours, complete more tasks, and meet your KPIs and targets.

Who Should Attend: CS/CX practitioners, admin and management officers, virtual assistants, and career professionals.

 2. Key Skills Needed for a Successful Remote Customer Service Job

  • Date: Friday, October 19 – Saturday, October 20, 2024
  • Time: 6 PM WAT (5 PM GMT)
  • Mode: Online via Zoom  

Synopsis:  
  This workshop introduces participants to essential tools, apps, and strategies for excelling in remote customer service roles. Gain insight into the key skills needed to thrive as a remote CS/CX professional.

Who Should Attend:  
  Service practitioners, remote workers, virtual assistants, and anyone in CS/CX roles.
