Each year as we mark the customer service month and week every October the customer service world rolls out to re echo the importance and essence of customer service/experience.
The 2023 customer service week affords us at WAACSP another opportunity to celebrate service, celebrate teams, celebrate organizations and celebrate professionals , this year, we are celebrating the remarkable efforts of service personalities who have added value to the industry and impacted citizens giving memorable services.
Two personalities are WAACSP customer service persons for the year 2023
Nationality - Nigeria
A customer service officer at NSIA insurance since coming into the WAACSP community last year have shown good example of service and leadership. Mr Oriade though not a member of staff, resource person or one of the group admins in the over 4 platforms he is in with us, his offer to help educate, inform and assist co members of the platform and going the extra mile in providing the much needed answers to enquiries portrayed him as an admin or member of the team but he was only one of the learners and indeed he assisted and provided the right info.
Our second personality for the year:
- A career fashion designer, Dzabu’s volunteer work with the Ghana Customer Service Index over the years is worthy of commendation and haven’t gone unnoticed. All through the GCSI program from rating submission to the press reveal, she’s shown great team spirit, availability to serve, passion to be of assistance and offer to help. Responders and guests at the GCSI conferences do easily recognize her as she stands out owing to her eye catching service disposition.
The association celebrates these amazing CS personalities and thank both Adewale and Dzabu and other CS professionals for their remarkable shift over the past years and encourage everyone to keep doing a good work.
Both recipients of our personalities of the year 2023, will get:
- A star letter of commendation signed by the board chairperson
- Monetary gift.
