The Nigeria Customer Service Index (NCSI) is a customer satisfaction survey platform that accepts and collates citizens’ feedback on the quality of service experiences they receive across various sectors and sub-sectors. As a significant change agent, the NCSI is a nationwide project covering 12 sectors and 21 sub-sectors for the 2024 season, with an estimated 100,000 survey submissions. To cover the nation and achieve this landmark, the NCSI leverages the concerted efforts of WAACSP Nigeria members, customer service professionals, and the citizenry, but most importantly, VOLUNTEERS. We invite you to join the volunteer network for this year’s index; the NCSI volunteer network remains the strongest link and backbone to help drive the index year after year.

While it’s an unpaid volunteering job, participants will benefit immensely from WAACSP for taking up this largely online volunteer work, which will last for 14-16 weeks.
