Workshop Details:

Call Centre Skills & Management Training

Date: April 25-26, 2025

Mode: Online

Time: 18:00 GMT each day

  • Call centre agents/representatives
  • Telemarketers
  • Receptionists
  • Call/switch room operators
  • Emergency call room officers
  • Anyone handling calls as part of their job

 

Synopsis: This workshop focuses on call handling efficiency, average handling time (AHT), call turnaround time, and managing difficult calls. Sessions will be practical, including live demonstrations and real call analysis to help participants improve their skills.

 

Outcome: Participants will develop better listening, summarization, and resolution skills, enhancing both personal and company performance.

 

Fee: $5 (equivalent in your country)

Certification: Participants will receive a workshop certificate with a unique certificate number and a verification portal on the WAACSP website.

Virtual Assistant Skills & Tools Workshop

Date: May 2-3, 2025

Mode: Online

Time: 18:00 GMT each day

  • Admin personnel & office managers
  • Secretaries (corporate & personal)
  • Receptionists & admin assistants

 

Synopsis: This workshop equips participants with modern VA tools, document management techniques, task scheduling, and remote work efficiency strategies. It also provides a platform to exchange insights and best practices.

 

Outcome: Participants will master new tools and applications to improve efficiency in office or remote work settings.

Fee: $5 (equivalent in your country)

Certification: Awarded upon completion of all assignments and tasks.
