It’s the customer service month this October and the association have lined up interesting activities for the service community and the general public.
With this year’s customer service theme - Dream Team - centered on; Teams and team work, WAACSP is looking at projecting team work ethics and celebrating excellent teams and their impact on customer's experience.
Come 10th October, 2020, the inaugural WAACSP customer service week lecture will hold with the theme; “Sustaining excellent customer service through teams amid the pandemic”
The lecture will be delivered by renowned CX expert and author of award winning book- ‘Hallowed Customer Service’ Seyi Alawale. View Seyi on LinkedIn
The lecture will be online via the virtual conferencing platform. Attendance is free but registration is required. For WAACSP members, the event comes with 10 membership points.
All through the month of October, the association will be celebrating its members and their teams on our social media pages, simply put up a picture of you and your team members, celebrating your team and how team work enables excellent service delivery.

The team with highest likes at the end of the exercise will get our winning prize.
