The West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals (WAACSP) is thrilled to announce the 1st Diet 2025 of the ECOWAS Professional Certification in Customer Service & Virtual Assistance. This fully online program, spanning six weekends, equips professionals with globally recognized skills in customer service, virtual assistance, and CRM.  

 

What’s New in 2025?  

After successful pilot phases, the Virtual Assistant (VA) certification has been upgraded to a full professional course, joining:  

 Professional Certification in Customer Service  

 Professional Certification in Virtual Assistant  

 Training Certificate in CRM  

 

 Program Highlights  

 1. Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP)  

Modules (5):  

- Fundamentals of customer service/experience  

- Psychology of service delivery  

- Managing diverse customer types  

- Effective use of service channels  

 

 Schedule:  

- Stream 1: June 19–21  

- Stream 2: June 26–28  

 Duration: 3 days (9 hours total)  

 

 2. Certified Virtual Assistant Professional (CVAP)  

Modules (3):  

- VA fundamentals & best practices  

- Essential tools & software  

- Data management & virtual office administration  

 

 Schedule:  

- Weekend 1: July 3–6  

- Weekend 2: July 10–12  

- Weekend 3: July 17–19  

 Duration: 10 days (18 hours total)  

 

 3. CRM Training Certificate  

Modules (2):  

- Introduction to CRM systems  

- Query handling & resolution  

 

 Schedule: July 24–26  

 Duration: 3 days (6 hours total)

Format: Online (Zoom + WhatsApp group)  

 Class Times:  

- Weekdays (Thu/Fri): 6:00 PM WAT  

- Weekends (Sat/Sun): Flexible timing (agreed with facilitators)  

 Study Materials: Provided after registration  

Assessments: Pre-class test, module quizzes, final exam  

 

 Post-Program Timeline  

- Aug 3: Exam window closes  

- Aug 4: CCSP results released  

- Aug 15: VA results released  

- Aug 5–24: Exam resits  

- Aug 25: Certificates issued

Program Fee: $45 (or local equivalent)

- Ghana: GHC 675  

- Gambia: GMD 3,200  

- Nigeria: ₦67,500  

- CFA Zone (Benin, Togo, Cameroon): 28,000 CFA
