Welcome to the first Fireside chat for 2024.  

Due to flurry of activities in February (which is the traditional month for our FSC series), we are now having the first for 2024 this June.

The WAACSP fireside chat series gives the community opportunity to meet, greet and get to know fellows of the association. Fellows on the saddle get to share their career and journey in the industry, give insights and answer to questions from members of the community.

This edition, the 9th will have us meeting with Mr Olatunji Adeleye - a CX professional with an extraordinary and amazing career in customer service/experience. He’s transversed all sphere of customer service over a 20year period and currently with Lafarge Africa in Lagos Nigeria. Mr Tunji is surely someone to listen to.
