WAACSP is committed to enhancing service delivery and fostering career growth within the community. Following the formal launch of the certificate verification portal READ ABOUT IT HERE: We are excited to announce the WAACSP Service Points system!

 

The Service Points system rewards customer service professionals, certified and professional members of the association, and individuals attending WAACSP events. These points can be redeemed for paid programs, membership fees, application fees, renewals, and certification courses.

 

How It Works:

 

WAACSP will indicate bonus service points available for each event in its program announcements.

 

Attendees will be provided with a bonus link to register their attendance and qualify for the allotted service points.

 

Within 7 days after the program, registered participants will receive a confirmation email with their service points.

 

Participants can save this email and redeem their points for any paid WAACSP program or service as needed.

 

 

Key Details:

 

Service points will be displayed at the bottom right corner of flyers for programs that offer them.

 

Each service point is valued at $1.
