Professional certification and membership of the WAACSP starts this week.
All is now set for the final edition for 2020 of the professional certification program in customer service and membership of waacsp on the ‘certified customer service professional [CCSP]’ platform.
The program announced back in September will hold online with Nigeria (22-24) and Ghana (29-31) as host countries in view of the Covid19 pandemic.
Over a hundred intending members are expected from this diet across the region with the aim for the association remaining; ‘Building a network of employable service professionals’. - the WAACSP in conjunction with its training partners in both countries, have improved upon the training, learning and certification experience from the first diet and look forward to not only a rewarding experience for participants but also a conveyor belt for excellent service delivery culture amongst the individuals which hopefully translates to their place of employ, community and their various nations at large.
Since the advent of WAACSP in the region, the service industry aside campaigning for better customer experience, have seen a conscious advocacy in consumer awareness, organizational responsibility and accountability with the region’s economy being majorly a service driven economy.
It promises to be a rewarding experience for participants, facilitators and the association. This cohort will also be the last of intakes before the combined induction of waacsp members scheduled for Lagos, Nigeria in the first quarter of 2021.
Best wishes to all those attending and we look forward to welcoming successful participants to the family of the West Africa Association of Customer Service professionals soon.
