It was indeed a February with a LEAP!

The proverbial month of love may have come and gone but the memories of it for the WAACSP community still lingers and may linger for a longgggg tine!!!!.

Traditionally, Feb is the start of our service year and we indeed kicked off in style:

and tons of questions asked by participants.

Then came the double header physical event in Lagos Nigeria.

The 17th edition of the CX Transformation Summit Marriot Hotels, Ikeja - Lagos Nigeria: 22nd February 2024.

Both events saw the gathering of WAACSP leaders and the CS/CX community in Nigeria with exciting discuss, insightful data and reports capped with a projective look to the future as we think customers and how to better serve them.

The CX summit had WAACSP senior members lead the way across all the tables of the event and as the official association partner of the summit, had the largest number of resource persons and attendees.
