Becoming a member of WAACSP has been one of the most defining and rewarding decisions of my professional journey.
It all began with the Basic Certification in Customer Service, which I passed beautifully. That first step didn’t just give me a certificate — it awakened a passion for service, excellence, and human connection.
I knew then that this was the path I wanted to keep walking.
Fueled by that desire to grow, I enrolled in the WAACSP Trainers Network(WTN). But the first time, I didn’t pass. It hurt, but giving up wasn’t an option. There was something about WAACSP that made me stay.
The learning environment was different — the facilitators didn’t just teach; they connected. They didn’t look at your level or background; they walked with you, treated you like a friend, and made sure you felt seen and supported.
So I stayed back, kept learning, and growing. When I finally earned my Trainers Network certification, it wasn’t just a certificate — it was a victory. A reminder that resilience and the right environment can bring out the best in you.
I didn’t stop there. I went on to pursue the Advanced Certification in Customer Experience and Relationship Management (ACCERM), deepening my expertise.
Today, I’m proud to stand as a Certified Trainer under WAACSP. This journey is proof that growth, perseverance, and the right community can transform your story.
