It was a wonderful experience and training. Thanks to all the facilitators for taking their time in going deep for better clarification to all participants . Discovering and taking the decision to become a certified member of WAACSP has been a turning point in my career life as a Customer Service Officer. It improved to a great extent, my customer service skills; hence my better approach in solving Customers problems and conflicts. All thanks to my facilitators. Believing to attain higher position (s) in my career.
WAACSP has come to stay. Training and nurturing customer care professionals in the subregion will become a pillar and great push for customers and businesses since it can only help goods and services to be tailored towards customer satisfaction. This will go a long way to create a conducive environment for doing business with individuals and companies. Moreover making customer care a profession will provide a platform for customer service professionals to be respected hence providing an incentive for its practitioners to give out the best for the sustainability of a great number of business in West Saharan Africa.
I found the course very useful and insightful and will be able to put some of it into practice. An excellent training with great content. Remarkable training skills from Yvonne. Took our answers seriously, never dismissed them as wrong, emphasized good answers and provided useful scenarios.
