Once again... here’s wishing us all a fruitful and rewarding 2021. We are still in the pandemic spell and as such, plans are not sacrosanct this times, anyways, the show must go on.
This post gives a preview to the association’s programmes for the service year 2021. The WAACSP service year runs from March to November each year, this year stays the same.
March 1st officially kicks of WAACSP Service year, the first official event for 2021 will be the WAACSP 2021 induction. The induction will be the 2nd edition and as a result of Covid protocols, the event will hold simultaneously in Accra, Abuja and Lagos all centers will be linked via video conferencing, it is for certified members from years 2019 and 2020 service programs. It promises to be an exciting event.
Four (4) reputable giants in consumer rights, civil society and customer education in the region have accepted to guide and mentor us as patrons, their details will be released soon.

Next on the calendar will be WAACSP train the trainers (TTT) program, resource persons are key wheel of progress in consumer/customer/brand education and responsibility. The TTT will hold over 7 days in April.
The 1st diet 2021 professional certification in customer service comes up in May, the association continues to improve in quality of training and education of service professionals, who are the bedrock and driving force in excellent service delivery.
June - July will witness the WAACSP annual lecture and also its training seminar.
The inaugural Advanced course in customer service which is aimed at promoting certified members to professional membership and prepare them for supervisory and heads of CS units/department roles in organizational structures. This program will run in partnership with National Customer Service Association of America (NCSA).
September, we look forward to the inaugural Africa conference on consumer rights, policy and education Zimbabwe 2021 - by Customer Experience Evolution Africa [CEEA]
October is customer service month, lots of activities will be up for this year’s edition.
October - November will see the 2nd diet professional certification in customer service round off the service year for 2021.
This are monthly layout of plans for the year, the exact dates will be released in due course.

Remember, customer service is an attitude and not a department and quality service begins with YOU!
