2nd Diet 2022 ECOWAS-WAACSP professional certification in customer service to hold in November

The second and final diet for 2022 of the ECOWAS/WAACSP Basic Certification in Customer Service (BCCS) will hold in the month of November.

The BCCS program is the entry level professional certification in customer service, a certification that accredits successful applicants into being recognized as a Certified Customer Service Professional [CCSP] open to, and practice customer service within the ECOWAS region and globally.  Each year, The WAACSP conducts a two-window certification period to educate and certify ECOWAS nationals and expand the community of service professionals with an ultimate aim to improve and deepen service education that in turn gives service providers access to trained professionals which ultimately improves service experience  and quality, process and procedures . As the last for year 2022, diet 2 which promises more, will hold across the month of November in two batches of:

Nov 17-19

The timeline of the schedule:

Sept 20
Diet 2 season opens.

Oct 10
School portal opens
Students access portal, undertake pre program test and download course materials for read up.

Nov 10-12
Batch one classes holds.

Nov 17-19
Batch two classes holds.

Nov 20-27
Certification exams

Nov: 30
Diet 2 closes.

As with Diet 1, the BCCS program is a five module course with a bonus module covering practical training on the use CRM tools.

Module includes:
- Identifying customer, types, behavioral patterns, the science and art of customers service, expectation and delivery.
- Customer service touch points
- Processes and procedures in customer service.
- Engaging customers and options.
- Practical stimulator training on the use of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Successful participants from the program are accredited and will earn Africa’s No 1 customer service certification certificate which positions one for a rewarding career and opportunities across the various sphere of the customer service industry which is growing in leaps. Post Covid19, CS jobs despite several job cuts across the world have witnessed steady rise in engagement rates and in Africa, ranked amongst top 5 in demand job openings in 2021.
