The 1st diet 2022 professional certification in customer service is now over and completed. 

Of the 63 ECOWAS nationals that participated in both batches of the diet, 43 participants made the grade and were accredited as certified  customer service professionals [CCSP]. Congratulations to all successful participants and looking forward to have you as member of the body. 

From August 01 - September 30, it’s the OFF DIET season. During the off diet, you can obtain the certification using same metrics as with the on diet program. You do not need to wait for the next diet in November to obtain and become a Certified Customer Service Professional [CCSP].

The WAACSP recently certified 12 trainers thereby increasing number of trainers and ultimately making customer service education accessible.
