The Advanced Certification in Customer Experience & Relationship Management (ACCERM) is the mid/senior level professional management course program in customer service by WAACSP.

 

The Biennial managerial, leadership and technical program unlocks career keys for participants who desire expanse knowledge in customer experience, team, clients and resource management... simply put: The ACCERM confers on its holder a global recognition as a CX thought leader and expert. 

 

Course III of ACCERM will hold ONLINE over 12 weekends from June 01 - August 31. The last ACCERM course II having been held in the 4th quarter of 2023 read HERE.
 

 

Who is ACCERM for?:

- Customer service professionals who are looking to transition and grow from customer service (CS) to customer experience (CX), from operations to management. 

- CS practitioners already in mid level positions; supervisors, unit heads, team leads, customer support, relationship managers, quality control/assurance analyst, etc without a professional certification desire an advanced course certificate to further strengthen their career standing. 

- HR, Administrative managers, senior business executives from other industries/sectors who meet the requirements. 

 

 Requirements: 

- Minimum academic qualification of university degree or its equivalent across all applicants. 

- For CS practitioners, you must have a minimum of four (4) years of work experience in any sphere of customer service including but not limited to call centre operations, agent or representative; front desk management, contact centre operations etc. 

- For non CS applicants, minimum of six (6) years work experience in their industry with minimum of two (2) years in elevated roles. 


 

Program outlay: 

- Application opened March 01, 2025

- Closes May 15, 2025. 

- Six (6) modules program covering Customer Experience Management (CEM), AI & Tech in CX, Business  , Data analysis/management, C-sat, consumer & legal rights in CX management etc. 

- 6 modules, 12 weekends gives flexibility as each module is allotted a weekend. 

 

Program fee: 

Applications for the program - $10

 

Course fee: 

- $90 for members of WAACSP. 

- $110 for non members but with a WAACSP training certificate. 

- $140 for external applicants who are non-members or hold any training certificate of the association. 

 

Note: 

- Program fee can be paid in installments within a 2- 4 part payment plan. 

- Though course fee is denominated in US dollars, however payments are payable in applicant’s home country currency in accordance to the associations’ exchange rate. 

- Participating countries: Benin Republic, Gambia, Ghana, Cameroon, Nigeria, Togo, Liberia.
