Welcome to the glorious month of August, the 2nd month in the 3rd quarter of 2020, how has the year gone so far for you? Good? Fair?
We haven’t been here in a while, right? Well, it’s all for a good cause. As you can see, we have a brand new website!
In view of the pandemic and the new world digital economy, WAACSP developed (in partnership with its training affiliates) a learning platform integrating virtual classes and an e-learning management system for its online certification program. Thankfully, the platform was ready in May and was used for the certification exercise in June for Nigeria and July for Ghana.
Thereafter, the body decided to redesign its official webpage with more membership engagement features and a user-friendly interface. It’s a website member of WAACSP will and should be proud to visit.
New Features
- Our new portal comes with varying features and easy navigation tools to help visitors get to grip within seconds of visiting.
- Partners’ page, members’ pages, engagement pages, and routes to membership page have all been revamped and made easily navigable. Loading time and images are more dimensional and external links are visible.
- In addition to being fully and professionally profiled, certified members now have a personalized dashboard to always visit their page/profile to edit and update key components of their personal information with a view to attracting more visits and engagement.
- Professional members and fellows have their pages listed with social media links. We’ve also made social interactions amongst members a key part of the new site, we hope membership fellows and professional members will share their experience and mentor certified members who are still climbing the customer service industry ladder.
In all, it’s a brand new feel on www.thewaacsp.com - please share and invite friends to visit us.
What’s upcoming?
The certification exercise for 1st half 2020 is over. Expect the 2nd edition later in the year.
