Program 1: ECOWAS Professional Certification in Customer Service (1st Diet 2025)
Date: June 13 – 29, 2025 (Weekends only)

New entrants (entry-level)
Practicing Customer Service Representatives, Officers, and Personnel who want to obtain a professional customer service certification.
Certification:
Upon successful completion, participants earn the Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) accreditation, enabling them to work and earn in the global customer service sector.

For 2025, the program consists of two certifications and one training course:

Practicing customer service professionals with a minimum of four years' experience who want to transition from operations (CS) to management (CX), gaining a deeper understanding of the CS/CX industry.
Certification:
Upon successful completion, participants earn the ACCERM Certification and become accredited as Certified Customer Experience Professionals (CCXP).
