Preamble:
In its 2020 study report, released in January 2021, the CSE study group identified dearth of trained and qualified CS educators as the biggest bane to excellence service delivery. Hence, in 2022, the WAACSP Trainers Network (WTN) was birthed, and its 1st cohort produced over 22 certified CS trainers. Now in its 5th cohort, the WTN has identified, trained, equipped, and licensed over 150 CS educators across the ECOWAS region, from Accra to Freetown, Cotonou to Abuja, Lagos to Kumasi. The WAACSP has at least a CS/CX trainer in 17 major cities of the sub-region.
Alumnus:
From physical/in-person trainers to online, Instagram, and TikTok CS sensations, past graduates of the WTN have brought quality information, education, know-how, and skills in improving service experience to businesses and service providers, making CS education accessible.
