End of Service Year for 2025

Hello WAACSP Community!

It’s that time of the year again - taking stock, counting our profits and losses.

As we approach the end of yet another eventful year, the most important stock to take is the gratitude of being alive. Never take it for granted.

Our End of Service Year for 2025 will hold on December 19th and 20th. This year’s edition is not entirely a review of the year. Instead, based on the feelers and questions gathered over the past 10 months, the Association has carefully curated an impact-projected webinar to round off 2025. One of the firsts is this:

An all-women organized event - from the announcement, to the hosts, moderators, speakers, panelists, keynote speaker, and more.

Theme: NAVIGATING THE FUTURE!

Breakdown of the theme:
WAACSP Leading Ladies will speak on career, climbing the career ladder, available opportunities, how to navigate them, family, business, finance, and more.

Sequence:

Each webinar day will feature three speakers and a host of panelists. Speakers will make a presentation on selected assigned topics and will thereafter join the roundtable as panelists to further expatiate and answer questions from the audience.

The Keynote Speech will be delivered by the Board Chairperson of the Association, Lady Yvonne Ohui MacCarthy. While the program will review the year that was, its core purpose is to help chart a course for the year ahead, offering guidance on planning, preparation, and making the right choices.

Already confirmed speakers and advisors include:

Laurida Addy

Ogechi Paulette Obiodu

Christiana Okenla

Kate Ita Udok

Lilly West

Susan Umoh

This is a 3-service-point event, and attendance is free, but registration is required.
