CSW 2025: Webinar on Artificial Intelligence in CX

It’s CS Week 2025!

Yay!!!!

The service industry worldwide gathers in the first week of October each year to celebrate service. This year’s Customer Service Week is from October 6 -11, 2025, with the theme for the year being: “Mission Possible”- a theme to re-emphasize the mantra that exceptional service 365 - all year round - is possible.

At WAACSP, we conclude CS Week with a webinar that educates, equips, and builds the capacity of our community and invited friends.

Beginning from this month, the association is structuring its program to critically expose members of our community to the advent and stay of Artificial Intelligence in our lives. AI in CX and the by-products thereafter - including:

 

  • AI, what is in it for CS/CX practitioners?
  • Is AI a threat to your career?
  • What can I do?
  • How do I prepare and insulate myself?
  • What other options can I venture into?

 

These are the posers and exposé we aim to arm our community with. To this end, we are inviting all to our 2025 CSW webinar detailed thus:

Speakers:

  • Adeyinka Isioye – Customer Experience Officer at FibreOne Broadband Nigeria, a leading Internet service provider (ISP) in Nigeria. Mr. Isioye will speak on AI in the CX space, its value, offerings, how it is helping improve service delivery, and take a look at the poser: “Is AI a threat to service practitioners and what can CSRs do?”

  • Emmanuel Djaba – Program Manager at Africa Institute of Artificial Intelligence (AIAI), Accra, Ghana. He will speak to our understanding of AI tools and identifying them.
