The 2020 training and certification programme for individuals looking to take up or advance a career in customer service industry is now open.
The West African Association of Customer Service Professionals – the umbrella body for service professionals in the sub region in conjunction with its training partners will hold the first training, assessment and certification programme between May-July, 2020.
As a result of the #Covid19 pandemic, the programme will be 100% online deploying full e-learning option. Ghana and Nigeria will hold this first online edition.
In conjunction with WAACSP accredited training institutions in Ghana and Nigeria and in view of the future of work, the CSS training is structured to incorporate online training modules to prepare participants not only in providing excellent service delivery but also to equip participants with online service delivery tools and work skills as the curriculum for this session is to prepare us to work offline and online.
Successful participants from the programme upon completion of the modules and assessment will be certified Customer Service Professionals and member West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals with privilege of being listed on the body’s professional page on its website.
