The 2020 customer service week lecture for the body will hold online on the 10th of October 2020 by 19:00hrs WAT.

Theme: ‘Sustaining excellent service through teams amid the pandemic’

About the speaker

PROFILE
Seyi Alawale is a certified Customer Service Coach, Customer Experience (CX) Evangelist, Customer Service Technology (CST) enthusiast, and Service Delivery expert who brings his experience, energy, and passion into the training room and transforms his recipients into "behavers" as he fondly calls them. 

His training methodology is expertly designed into 4 stages of transformational agenda; Behold, Believe, Become and Behave. He carefully runs his sessions through these steps with his impressive exposure and ensures he delivers quality sessions through discovery learning and engaging the sub-conscious mind of his recipients as a licensed Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner.
