WAACSP is excited to notify you all of another session of our FireSide Chat Series.
This is a virtual chat series where Fellows of WAACSP give of themselves to mentor and inspire members of our profession to strive and excel in their careers across the service industries.
For this month of September we have the pleasure to meet and greet Mrs. Christiana Okenla. She is an accomplished leader with an extensive career, spearheading several enterprise-wide Customer Initiatives within the Banking, Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. A passionate and highly enthusiastic digital Customer Experience Expert, she has had practical and Strategic Leadership Experience in Contact Centre Operations, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Relationship Management, Customer Service & Experience Management.
With over 18 years client interface experience, her career spans across major institutions in Africa including; ipNX Nigeria as Head Customer Experience & Advocacy, United Bank for Africa Plc, where she managed the contact centre in Nigeria and also set up the contact centre in Cameroon, Tech Mahindra (managed the Airtel contact centre), Airtel Nigeria as call centre agent and Team lead respectively, and NIIT Education & Training Centre as a Customer Relationship Officer.
She is currently the Head, Customer Experience at MainOne, a broadband infrastructure company providing innovative telecoms services and network solutions across West Africa.
Her scripted quote is “Customer Experience is a Lifestyle. You need to Live it to Know it.” She is fondly called #TSM #TheServiceMaster.
She is also a seasoned Event Management Expert with a proven track record in Planning, Managing & Coordinating successful events for both Corporate and Social bodies.
