Customer Service Week is just around the corner! Every year, the second week of October is dedicated to celebrating and appreciating customers worldwide, recognizing the vital impact they have on businesses, sales, and services. This year, from October 7-11, 2024, we celebrate under the theme ‘Above and Beyond’—a rallying call to service providers, staff, and CS/CX professionals to consistently deliver exceptional service experiences.

As the leading organization for service professionals in the ECOWAS region, the West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals (WAACSP) remains at the forefront of equipping practitioners with the skills, knowledge, and capacity necessary to elevate service delivery within the subregion and beyond.

In line with the #CSW2024 theme, WAACSP is committed to partnering with service providers, organizations, and institutions to go ‘above and beyond’ in reinforcing company service culture and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Through our capacity-building interventions, we empower internal and customer-facing teams to exceed expectations or events for the external customers.

WAACSP boasts of the largest pools of seasoned fellows,  trainers, and  consultants in Africa, each with over a decade of industry experience.
