The quest to identify, train and certify ECOWAS nationals desirous of being customer service educators and part of the WAACSP Trainers Network (WTN) thereby contributing to accessible customer service education within the region for 2023 has now come to an end and we are delighted to unveil the ‘CERTIFIED 19’ of the 2023 Co hort.
The search, which started December 05 with the official announcement and portal opening (READ HERE) covered a:
- 6 months period.
- 104 applications.
- 36 screened.
- 21 admitted.
- 2 days interview and pre evaluation presentation session.
- 2 weekends, 3 member-6 groups class work presentations.
- 4 weekends online training.
- 5 modules training curriculum.
- 5 top rated facilitators/ trainers.
- 2 weekends teach-back certification sessions.
- Host of the WAACSP technical faculty assisting ..
and it finally came down to ...
19 Certified Customer Service Trainer (CCST) by WAACSP.
Congratulations to the successful 19 and in her message, the Board Chairperson Yvonne Ohui MacCarthy congratulated the Class of 2023 and enjoined them to see their certification as a call to higher duty in service to improve service delivery across the sub region.
