This partnership means The West Africa Association of Customer Service Professionals (WAACSP) will be the official association partner of CX Transformation Summit series starting with the 17th edition taking place in Lagos, Nigeria on the 22nd of February 2024.  This partnership gives members of WAACSP varying opportunities to be part of the CXT summits across the globe, access to technical, educational resource and information with conference speaking opportunities for our senior and CX leaders contributing to the transformational change in the industry.
