This edition, the last for 2025, will feature Dr. Olusegun Manuel from Warri, Delta State, Nigeria, as our guest.
Dr. Segun Manuel’s contribution to CX/CS education across the ECOWAS sub-region is legendary and well-documented. Suffice it to say, he has paid his dues and is still paying in improving service education, service delivery, and capacity growth within the customer service value chain for businesses and governance alike.
An internet sensation popularly referred to as “Odogwu of Customer Service,” Dr. Manuel uses his social media platforms to deliver public CS enlightenment with dexterity and style passing important messages with humour and catchy captions.
Dr. Manuel will share his story: his life, upbringing, foray into the CS and education space, his views on the quality of service delivery across sectors (private and public), the challenges, and his proposed solutions.
