The 1st diet  for 2024 of the ECOWAS professional certification in customer service (Basic) by WAACSP will take place between June 20 - 29.  The BCCS, Africa’s widely accredited and globally recognized professional certification in customer service is here:

THE PROGRAM:
The ECOWAS BCCs by WAACSP is a 6 module introduction course to basic and professional customer experience studies. Successful candidates  having completed the modules and score the  75% (and above) certification benchmark are issued the certificate and accredited as Certified Customer Service Professional [CCSP].  

 


The curriculum covers:

  • Introduction to customer service, who are customers, who are service providers, art and psychology of service  delivery & experience
  • Complaints handling, what and types of complaints.
  • Service touch points, handling techniques  , Do’s and Don’ts.
  • Customer types and responding to different kinds of customers.
  • Practical training on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.


PROGRAN SEQUENCE:
Upon registration with affiliate trainer in your country, participant are given access to the program Learning Management school (LMS) portal where candidate takes:
- Program pre test, thereafter
- Downloads the 5 modules study materials to read up ahead of the 3 days class training session.

The 3 days class session holds ONLINE via zoom In 2 streams.


- Stream 1: June 20 - 22
- Stream 2: June 27 - 29


The classes are divided in streams to allow for student management, effective learning assimilation and role play monitoring and evaluation which forms basis for certification assesment.

Each class is primed for a facilitator to student ratio of 1-15. 

Classes are held starting from 18:00hrs (6pm) each day to allow  for participants who are in paid employment to attend at close of workday.


Timeline, Fees & registration
- May 01 - 1st diet 2024 season opens.
Upon registration, you have access to the school portal and download the course materials and read up for the class session.

- June 18 - Application window closes
- June 20 - 22: Stream 1 class starts and ends
- June 27-29: stream 2 class starts and ends.
- July 01: Exam portal opens
- July 08: Exam portal closes.
- July 25: Results released.
- July 26 - 31: Examination arbitration: Review, Resit or Re certify.
- August  05: E-copy of certificate are available on the school portal for successful candidates to download.
- August 30: Hard copy ready and available for pick up or dispatch.

Program fee:
Course fee: $50 (covers portal access, modules, classes, exams and e-certificate)

WAACSP Pegs the program fee to each member country local currency and cost reflective exchange value.

You can pay total progran fee in two (2) installments of 50% now and balance 50% before the exams window closes. The part payment enables participant book a slot for the program without making full fee so as not to miss out completely.
