November Fireside chat series: Ify Tete Mbuk is our guest!
It promises to be yet another enriching session at the November edition of fireside chat series with Fellows of the WAACSP.
This month, we'll have Ifeoma Tete Mbuk take the hot seat to share her customer service journey of over twenty five years!
Currently head YFY consulting, Ify is a thorough bred customer service professional driven with passion of service, repair, resolve and restore. Her journey trace includes banking, oil & gas, diplomatic mission and educational sectors all these learning and teaching service culture, experience and knowledge. With several of her journals and articles on customer service quoted locally and internationally, she’s gone further to publish a book on customer service; ‘Handbook on customer service quotes’ which has sold over 1000 copies.
Without a doubt a rich insight awaits us on Saturday 20th of November 2021 as Mrs Mbuk shares her CS journey.
